Improve Title Volume and Improve Efficiency
In zone one, a lower limit of 18, 22 breaths per minute for zone two. A cadence of ino 60 r p m was deemed the best and the most efficient. We know that we're willing to give up a little bit of inefficiencies at a faster cadence because it has other ino down stream improvements for performance. Is there a point when focusing on breathing deeply ultimately becomes inefficient or maybe detrimental to performance?
