This is a great way for them to just kind of like you guiding them because it's so much easier when someone is guiding you rather than you do it yourself. So again, this is a great exercise. Once you have showed them like how to do it, how is it that they feel? If they feel like this is something that may help them or not, or if they already feel calm and then this is amazing. This is where the magic of breathing comes in because it's the power is under our nose. Our nose is completely for free and it just takes like max five minutes, you know, and it's just a couple of breaths.
