The advertising business units at these companies are outwardly positioning their products as audience extension or leveraging in-store and online purchasing behavior that can be used on places like meta or Google or the open web. It's kind of harking back to The original social networks people were getting a free product that was really good There's additive to the life but we've heard now over the last 20 years that if if the products free you're probably the product right. So it's similar that These companies are essentially incentivizing or driving customers in some way to share their data That is then just be monetized just like it has always been on social sites or kind of other open web properties.
