Breathe in and out, looking for places of tension or tightness that want to relax. Scan your life and bring to mind a current situation where you feel you're getting emotionally stuck. For the purposes of this practice, i wouldn't pick something that's really deeply painful the triggers perhaps trama. It won't serve you so well.
