The Different Narratives and Frameworks of the Nationalist Party's Literacy Programs
The Nationalist Party claimed control of the central government between 1928 and 1936. In its definition about the importance of mass education basically it construes it as a part of this effort for eventually obtain constitutionalism. The only path to change illiterate persons social position was to obtain food literacy, which could not be obtained through state sponsored short term training programs. Many dropped out before completing them.
