I find that when people stay super lean for a very long period of time, yeah, they start to run into some issues. Hormonely, everything's fine for me. But if I get down to 5%, 4% like if I'm increasing my running, I do have to keep a very conscious eye on my calories. Cause then all of a sudden, I see myself every day, so I don't notice these changes. And sometimes it'll be someone pointing it out on YouTube, they'll be like, dude, you look pretty like drawn in. I think you need to go eat some carbs.
