With George we need to work on how he defines his meaning and how he creates acceptance so it would be all about how do we deal with repackaging and reprocessing your sense of what your life has meant and how you find value and purpose in it. I think the depression that he experiences is a point in time situational thing that's triggered by anxiety but we also need to recognize that his persistent depressive issues are not likely going to resolve quickly until we address his meaning and purpose in life. Ben: Let's dial back the expectation that you're going to go out on this grand adventure and shift it more towards a realistic perspective of who you are and how that is already giving
