I gave myself a six month time period and said, i got to go fine to business. So i looked everywhere in dallas, like that's where we were. Our number two criteria was that the finances, i had to be able to make an income that i was making, you know, intact. I performe really well under pressure, so i knew how to get the fresher cooker right for me to do some good work. The only answer to that might be, because there are so many more opportunities at a lower valuation.
