The Benefits of GABA
GABA could be useful in certain settings. It's not something is good or bad. It's when is it good? When is it bad? Right. So there's certain benefits that maybe you want to go to sleep earlier than you would normally so you load up on GABA and it's going to make you more tired. That's really interesting. I wasn't sure how many people this happened to, but discussing with you, I'm like, huh, it's a thing, right? The way are nervous that some is like used to activating and being like working through the world.
