Is Coffee Really a Topagy?

A lot of people use fasting as a license to kind of binge, which obviously is not a good idea. When you're breaking a fast, especialy a longer fast, your giving your body a chance to adjust back to a f feeding state is important. Avoiding process foods, avoiding refined sugar, all those things. If you're constaly eating refined sugarand all that, you're going to have a hard time switching over from metabliz and glucos to fatty acids.
