The Intensity of Running Outdoors Is a Good Idea

There can be enough wind resistance running outdoors where you do need a slight inclinein the treadmill to mimic the metabolic demands of the outdoor verses indoor comparison. But that also doesn't mean that if you're running that fast, you should also put it on an incline. Although harder doesn't always equal better or more effective, especially on those easy runs.
