What's Your Favorite Recipe?

Think about what you can serve at room temperature or that doesn't require cooking like a salad. And then I think that something that'll feed a crowd like a big roast, you know, whether it's a beef tenderloin or a pork shoulder. One of my favorite recipes that we have right now is a roasted whole side of salmon.
