How to Choose the Right Cardio Equipment for High Intensity Exercise

The ski is a fantastic tool for people who sit all day to get cardio and oppose that sitting position. I've had to be very careful for those types of workouts to not choose the assault bike. If you're back hurts because you're in flexion, it's probably a good idea to get out of that for your cardio. Low impact doesn't necessarily have to mean a bike.
