Do You Have a Workout Split?

I would never disclose what my wife's workout split is, but I will tell you I've written it. She does four days a week of resistance exercise. Her workouts are about 30 minutes and she picks two major body parts in one core movement to cycle through. So she keeps it simple. She gets at least 12,000 steps a day. But they work crazy hours. They live in Minnesota where it's, you know, negative whatever. The pool's not heated. It's definitely not heated.
