The Importance of Generosity in Games

Early in the game, you're just so flooded with richness and detail. I was so hooked just to play it and keep having the experience, even though I didn't know why I was doing it. We have so many questions about the text, which is obviously a huge part of the game. And there still are friction points that have to do with user friendliness or something.
