I did some brewing with a brewery called Alpha State in Kent. Just one young lad who's got a lean two. I believe them to be the best brewer in the country. And he's classy. He was in the army and left the army. The first job he was given was to go and shoot all the stray dogs. That's the start of his journey to brewing.
