Complete the receptive with the in breath, exploring the very essence of receptivity. Like a balloon inflating, totally receiving this life breath. Just letting go a little more,. noticing how everything's movingtingling, vibrating, heat, cool flow, pressure, squeeze, bubbling, tingled, vibrating.
