The Effect of Lever Extensions on Resistance

The length of the lever magnifies the resistance. When you pull at a parallel angle, right, you have to pull with about nine or 10 times more force. This is why people tear their biceps when they're deadlifting because the amount of weight you're deadlifting times 12 adds up to 1500, 2000 pounds. There's only not all muscles flex. That happens only in flexion muscles that hold happens only on biceps, lats, pecs, hamstrings.
