Can You Reach Out to People?

If i had access to people's phone numbers and things like that, the type of service re yo do would be to call my users. You can reach out through emals or in product messaging,. And hopefully you can get away with getting feedback from people without incentivizing them to do so. Years ago when i was at my pace, we were trying to understand why some people would stick around, and why other people's people would not. They'd create oi'm sorry. The question just for as examples of use or research, especially quantitativ, where you've gotten good insights that weren't otherwise apparent.
