Is There a Business on the Other Side?
A lot of things start with scratching your own itch. So if those kind of complaints or those kind of annoyances start to bubble up in your own thinking, like, ok, maybe there's a business on the other side that, even if you don't necessarily have the skill to out and saw that yourself, the odds are somebody does. And maybe you could position yourself as the branded solution, the middle man, the connector between those two. It started out where i was actually doing the interviews with the plan to have someone, you know, out source the actual interviewing. I quickly found out that that was not going to scale very well for many reasons.
