How to Build a Sales Team

I generally look at it very similarly. I basically tell the team, we have who we need. We've got one role open right now for sales and account executive because I'm not a professional salesperson. Right now I sort of just do these kind of winging it on the sales demos, but that's starting to change as we get into it.
