The Importance of a Good Experience

I think I get it more at the world championship level, the Olympic level for a lot of athletes. But that's a different scenario than someone who's trying to go out and get the most out of a grand fondo. And quite often those days are never what they think. You have to go back to that whole idea of trying to build a good experience up to that moment where it's been more a part of the journey than the outcome on that day.
