How to Wake Up Your Muscles

The single leg deadlift is a great exercise for triathletes. It increases the amount of range of motion that you're doing and lengthens out those muscles, which allows the joint to move healthily. The second thing as we said was it's the passive structure getting overloaded because the muscular system is got lazy essentially. And again, of lifting heavy, like don't be afraid of dums initially or progressing what you're doing. Like anyone who has any calf injuries, shin or Achilles injury can do heel drops in certain cases.
