Storytelling Is All About Rules
There are rules to telling a good story and What the rules are is there's really seven elements. If we're writing a screenplay or a book there might be like 32 to 36 depending on the movie that or book we're trying to write But in its most basic form there are seven elements. A character who wants something who encounters a problem who meets a guide who gives him a plan that results in either success or failure.
