The Importance of Training History in Sports Performance

The training history really matters too when it comes to O2 utilization and recovery. There's some cool research showing that the SMO2 trends fall in line with the phosphocreatine depletion and repletion as well. bouldering athletes are still like using oxygen at a high rate you know. I was trying to do a lot just to make myself tired but that's the kind of like testing that I'm really interested in doing on climbers in the clinic in July so we can try and be more specific and more individualized with the recommendations.
