Keeping the Water and the Nutrition Separated Makes a Massive Difference

I carry a separate flax that is just pure water yeah and that for me that balances it out nicely in that on the insignia. I can measure out the equivalent of a 500 mil flask into some Ziploc bags put them in my pack and then as I go along and require more, all I've got to do is add water to them into the flask so it's really handy from that perspective. It means you don't have to carry lots of additional gels and things like that I know exactly where I am nutrition wise.
