CHAPTER

Should I Do Brick Runs All Year Round or Only Leading Up to Races?

The first section or question is on brick work or some brick runs. And the first one is, should I do brick runs all year round or only leading up to races? So I think there is again, you know, it comes running. There's an increase in your risk from doing brick runs because you're running tired and you're running fatigued. For most athletes, I'd probably say not unless time availability is something. The standard brick run of a long or long-ish bike is usually 20 minutes. Is this efficient? Is there any benefiting going 30 to 40 minutes every other week?
