How to Get Your Morning Kicks Done
Get outside in the first couple of hours of sunrise and get that sun exposure for 10 to 20 minutes depending on how cloudy it is. The easy part for me is go for a walk, get some sun, that's like two things that I do every single day. Get your movement, get your sun in the morning and you'll be so glad and happy you did. And also breakfast that contains sufficient amount of protein.
