Introduction
Dr. Tuba Ali is a final year fellow in the adult rheumatology program at Queen's University in Kingston. The case that I'm going to talk about today, I've gotten actually from the Canadian Vascularitis Learning Initiative's book by Dr. Christian Penn Owen. So this is a 22 year woman presenting with hematosis and respiratory distress with a four month history rhinitis and sinusitis for which she took several ineffective courses of antibiotics. She also has fever with productive cough.
