The Effects of Social Expectations on Women's Job Burnout
Women on average do have higher job burnout rates than men, about 8% higher typically if you look at the meta analytic data. And there is also some evidence that women are significantly more likely to say yes to requests and they're also significantly morelikely to be asked. So I'm just guessing here, but my assumption is that women might suffer disproportionately from generosity burnout.
