How to Deal With Buyer Conflict
The beauty of discovery is to try to hammer these things early. You want to avoid any confusion. After a first discovery call, I'm already beginning to follow up with emails. And if there's anything that's wrong, everything is documented. If they say no, yeah, this is an issue at this point in the conversation it would be doing everybody harm by not talking about what we're trying to solve.
