I'm curious, in your work in teaching self worth, what was the most profound part of that, like, when you first turned towards yourself? You went through the therapeutic process, you continued to read, you did yoga. And i'm curious yet, what has been, what is the most profound first part of the recognition of the need for self worth? I think a huge part of it was, and i remember it was the same doctor that that simof work, he was like,you know that every feeling you feel is valid. So everything i feel is okay to feel. It's not wrong or a bad person. And i shouldn't be doubting myself every single second
