The amount of leaders who are not evaluated for their leadership ability, I think is like this massive hole in organizations. And that's why you have some of these bullies or otherwise, because they're, their teams hitting their goal. So one of the things that I talk a lot about in the book just work and that Triya and I work with with leadership teams on is creating checks and balances.
