Do You Find That You Really Need to Eat?
I noticed that people were just focusing, I think we had it from the 80s, women or people in general, on a fat free diet. And no one was focusing on what we actually need to eat. The positive nutrition pyramid is like a tick box where you can just go through your day and see at the end of the day, oh, I haven't eaten enough. We need to eat every single day in order for us to thrive and be well in all areas of our life. Some people are eating too much fruit, some people are eating none. It's brilliant. What we need to be eating on a daily basis - fruits and vegetables.
