How to Lose a Magnetic Pull Into Your Self
If somebody has that initial ability to at least notice it for a moment, it's actually not that hard to just keep doing that over it. And then the next thing would be, as you're kind of hinting, start noticing and then take it for a walk. In other words, do something active from there, and notice how you lose it, and then just learn to return and train to remain.
