How Much Latitude Should We Give High Flow Nasal Cannula Therapy?

The interpretation of whether it is non-inferior or not depends on how much latitude we are willing to give high flow. I think that is maybe a question that each reader should ask themselves as to how much latitude, if I'm a very strict person, I might say you demonstrated a five-hour difference to time deliberation between high flow and CPAP. And maybe that is the way to interpret the question. How liberal are we to take this intervention?
