Most CMOs won't want to do this, what I'm saying is we're going to take your big bucket of marketing and we're actually going to break it up. Often for a CMO that falls into product strategy, customer insights, product marketing and demand gen place second fiddle because they don't know anything about ops. Many of our best, most successful customers, the CRO is actually leading the relationship, not the CMO here. People are trying to figure out how to hedge with research from Gartner or other firms that are respected, but you got to think different sometimes.
