A lot of the pair bonding research, I think, has been the target of critique lately because of its monogamous heterosexual implications. But then on the other side, this, what can we call it, upset theory? Yeah, some people call it the upset theory or the female choice theory. And you know, in this like world that existed way before we had our monogamous marriage norms, I think it's just like very strangely anachronistic.
