How to Improve Your Running Performance

We will find the path of least resistance pretty much most things that we do. So what you see with runners is they may put in a really hard session and they're putting more reps. And if this that never, but actually fundamentally how they get me to be will be as efficient or minimizing that energy as possible. If you are less trained, the amount of your technique is probably not the way to get you the best bang for your buck. The beauty of running is in the simplicity of just doing it consistently and letting unconscious technical changes happen over time.
