For bulles, some marshals may hell when i call them tran form gloves. This has one big benefit, it teaches you to explode with an enormous weight that you cannot pull clean form. You're not just randomly substituting it for while i feel like n a hand stand push up now, or i just feel like doing a row. That's smart variety. And that's the reason why you've got world clast strength, because you've committed to what you want to improve and you're not playing games.
