How to Maximize Force With Bands

We use 700 pounds which is strong guys they do 600 pounds all right i'll wait and recently my 165 woman we use 500 pounds a band and she made 445. If you just started training can you start using bands off the way or can you be too weak to get any benefit from bands? I believe you need to use bands in the beginning because you need to accelerate throughout the range of motion.
