The Effects of Low Carbohydrates on Muscle Health
The interval thing that got me most. It's the, if you've depleted after a session the day before, and you've got up and then gone for a depleted ride. Is there any evidence of that? I mean, we know that basically when you're long glycogen, like the muscles will not probably operate just normally. So, yeah, some muscles will be fatigued. This means that the reflexes will not be functioning as they should because simply the muscles would not be twitching. But otherwise, I don't think like there is a lot of evidence. Low carbohydrate availability, like chronic is not good for bone health and stuff like that. There are some problems with hormones
