Some people believe that the most important metric to change is their resting h r v score. But i'm not nearly as concerned with making substantial changes in that area as i am with sympathetic efficiency. What i use on a date o day, you know, basis for my own personal h r v training, are much less expensive devices. I don't expect you to go out and buy a 15 thousand dollars in a piece of bio feedback equipment, as this is something i would use like clinically. Though i must say, it is really nice to have the to practise on clinical bioped back whenever i want but trying to carry around all tha equipment is a bit of a hassl when i can
