Yoga and Chi-Gun: A Defense Mechanism for Trauma

The core step of beginning to deal with trauma is to have a relationship with your body and experiences in your body can feel. So that does lead to yoga or as well, Chi-gun,. which I've tried a bit of Chi-gun, which I found very grounding. In Africa, I see people drumming together, very different what people do in Boston. But you see people get in sync with each other harmony and get a sense of pleasure. And so there's probably many different ways in which you can get insync with each other and getting a sense of communal belonging and pleasure.
