What's the Expert Perception?
The training is given the cue and the trainee then has to identify with the output of that action. Then they get scored basically on whether they get it right or not. And so like Mickey Chi and one of our articles on that says there are like four levels of kind of expert perception in that. One is detection, just seeing that there's something there. Sometimes there's a lot of expertise just in detecting something. There's categorization - you're categorizing it into known categories. The experts have an advantage of identifying what kind of survey it's going to be. What does the research tell us about their ability to articulate why they make one guess over another?
