There's no scientific evidence that eating all the time actually stimulates your metabolism. So if you can't go without food, it's really because you've trained your body to eat all day. It's a training to go without food and that's gonna be a little uncomfortable in the beginning but that's okay. Key to longevity is not to stay in the comfort zone. The key is to dip in and out of discomfort. I'm not telling you, be uncomfortable your whole life and white knuckle this.
