WHOOP Podcast

CHAPTER

How to Adapt to a New Time Zone

The most important time cues are first and foremost, the light dark cycle, exercise and when you eat and when you fast. Getting lots of high intensity light exposure can help shift your body clock earlier or later depending on whether you're flying from a new time zone to one that's more in line with your circadian rhythms. The jet lag rooster by sleepopolis is a free web app which basically lets you enter where you want to start adjusting your body clock ahead of time so it doesn't take too long for you to get there.
