How to Adapt to a New Time Zone

The most important time cues are first and foremost, the light dark cycle, exercise and when you eat and when you fast. Getting lots of high intensity light exposure can help shift your body clock earlier or later depending on whether you're flying from a new time zone to one that's more in line with your circadian rhythms.
