Marketing effectiveness is a huge topic, it's a huge thing. I feel like we're in an increasingly good place in understanding what marketing effectiveness looks like and how to sort of drive it. That doesn't mean we're necessarily going to reap the benefits quickly. There are still major hurdles to overcome. One of the things we're working on at walking in particular is around culture - both with an agency and client.
