Martin: The type of the social media posts that do well are the click baity ones, the ones that jump to conclusions. So I think when when you're looking at updating your coaching or your training philosophy, you need to be careful where you're downloading your information from. You don't want to be the person who's always clicking, you know, not now when the update message pops up on your laptop. But you want to be in control of how fast you're downloading the information and you need to being smart about where you're download that information from.
