A lot of companies hire new salespeople and then they say, we're going to see how they do. But they don't teach them how to prospect or talk to their prospects. And you really need to flip that, becauseDon't teach them everything about what they're selling. Teach them to build a pipeline. There's a study I read recently that said 83% of newly hired salespeople are gone in three years. They either quit or you've had to let them go because they're not producing.
